Private one-to-one sessions are a wonderful opportunity to delve into and deepen your own yoga practice, tailored to your needs and healing journey. Focusing on the mind, body and spirit to empower yourself with the tools and knowledge you need to grow your yoga practice.
Each session will be specifically tailored to your needs: for complete beginners, those working with an injury, with a specific goal or calling to dive deeper into yogic practices by using embodied movement, asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, mudras and yoga nidra.
These sessions can take place online, in your home or at the studios I currently teach at (studio additional fee will apply).
I am available for group bookings tailored to your needs or a specific theme. These can be for a one off event, a longer workshop style or a series of classes with a goal we can collectively work towards.
I offer corporate yoga classes that can take place at your workplace or online.
A stimulating and flowing sequence of postures lengthens, strengthens and moves the body, providing a wonderful physical antidote to days spent at the desk.
At the same time conscious breathing and meditation techniques calm and relax the mind and nervous system, leaving you feeling invigorated and stress-free.
