I lovingly infuse my classes with curiosity, creativity, and compassion, guiding my students beyond the physical asana postures and deeper into pure experience. My classes explore aspects of the subtle body through yogic philosophy, mudras, self-contemplation, pranayama, and mantras.
There’s always an invitation to listen to your body, taking rest when needed, and exploring more challenging postures. All those who are passionate or curious about Yoga as an embodied, spiritual journey are invited to practice alongside me.
Vinyasa Flow is a class based on flowing movements in time with the breath. Creative and challenging, each class builds strength, flexibility and awareness throughout the entire body. The flowing nature of the class allows your mind to completely focus and relax. We end the class with a time of rest to allow you to enjoy the full benefit of your practice.
This class will energise and strengthen the body through breath-work and a dynamic vinyasa styled flow before settling into longer posture holds. We’ll work deeper into the muscles and then encourage the body to rest and restore with the support of props, bringing balance to the nervous system. Suitable for all abilities. From Yang to Yin, flow to restore.
